Sometimes I take you on a meandering route instead of a straight line for a specific purpose. You stop and question if you are really following Me as you wonder at the new places stretching you. Trust that I really know how to equip you and train you for all that is coming your way.

There are ways of embedding My truth into your fibers that come only through experience. You might believe, but until you experience what you believe, it is not yet anchored. There are places in your faith which need the experience so you will be able to build toward future goals. Remember, even the devils believe. What you believe is in your mind and opinions. What you know is what you experience. When what you believe marries what you experience, it produces intimacy that can never be stolen from you.

Heb 8:10-11 NKJV
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them.

Sandy, as I was reading this part:

"There are ways of embedding My truth into your fibers that come only through experience."

I laughed and said, 'yup, like a pressure cooker!'  I am making a lovely stew in my pressure cooker right now, and as I was getting it going, I thought how tender those fibres will be as the pressure is allowed to just do it's work.

We must have our hearts tenderized in places it was trodden down, places where we had habitually rejected applying Spiritual truths, and that can sometimes feel like a pressure cooker.  So we must persevere to have His good work completed in us, as we learn to trust Him and lean on Him in ALL our paths.

I pray God blesses you, Sandy, and moves you into new ports of comfort and joy!
