When you complete a project, sometimes you just need to rest in your “done.” Maybe all you needed to do for the day was one simple task, but it was all that you could do and it took everything you had to do it. Precious ones, I have watched you drive yourselves for years, even over the smallest details, – simply because you are faithful.

Thank you for asking for My help and leaning on Me. You cannot live a life that is pleasing to Me, and be separated from Me. Moreover, when you are connected, it gives Me such pleasure to help you in your journey. I see all that you overcome in your daily life, and that you need to learn to give pause, rest and refreshment to your body, soul and spirit. Learn to take pleasure in the accomplishment of the most simple tasks, knowing that I AM with you and care for each and every detail, just as you do. All that you do gives Me great pleasure, because I so deeply value the cost of your faith and your effort.

Mark 12:42-44 NLT
Then a poor widow came and dropped in two pennies. He called his disciples to him and said, “I assure you, this poor widow has given more than all the others have given. For they gave a tiny part of their surplus, but she, poor as she is, has given everything she has.”

I AN ENCOURAGED BY THIS TEACHING SO MUCH AT THIS TIME... FATHER GOD IS SO GOOD AND HIS TIMING IS PERFECT... THANK YOU SANDY FOR THIS WORD TODAY. I am a widow now and pray and pray telling the Lord I am alone now... all my children live in other states and one bachelor  brother who lives over an hour away.... so my relationship with the Father has increased much... One day I was very sad and feeling alone and the Lord spoke to my mind very clearly go to Luke 18 and read it out loud for your own ears to hear! LOVE JANET

The Parable of the Widow and the Unjust Judge

18 Then Jesusa]" style="font-size: 0.625em; line-height: normal; position: relative; vertical-align: text-top; top: auto; display: inline;">[a] told them a parable about their need to pray always and not to lose heart. 2 He said, “In a certain city there was a judge who neither feared God nor had respect for people. 3 In that city there was a widow who kept coming to him and saying, ‘Grant me justice against my opponent.’ 4 For a while he refused; but later he said to himself, ‘Though I have no fear of God and no respect for anyone, 5 yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will grant her justice, so that she may not wear me out by continually coming.’”b]" style="font-size: 0.625em; line-height: normal; position: relative; vertical-align: text-top; top: auto; display: inline;">[b] 6 And the Lord said, “Listen to what the unjust judge says. 7 And will not God grant justice to his chosen ones who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long in helping them? 8 I tell you, he will quickly grant justice to them. And yet, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?”  Luke 18:1-8

Hi Janet, how beautiful your heart is!  I am so comforted to hear the Lord has drawn so near to you.  He truely has so much compassion for those who feel alone.

Thank you for responding to this W2P.  Because you did, I re-read it to see what you were referring to.  I had this in my Inbox since last week because it was really quickened to me and I was going to post it this week sometime.  But it was not until I just now reread it, that I realized without a shadow of a doubt, the Lord answered my specific question I asked last night!  He is surely amazing in His timing.  And it is so true that His Word is eternal and continues to live on with many applications and perspectives.  He is so amazing!
