I felt led to send a note today of warning and wisdom today.  This info is based on Words I have heard, personal experience and confirmation the end of Nov and now this month.

Many are going through some strange testings and crossroads/ opportunities right now.  I have been asking the Lord every day to understand this so that we may partner with Him and His heart.  He told me 2 things.

1)  The tests that many are going through right now is to test whether we are SURE or not. He wants us to be totally SURE we are doing what we are supposed to do, believing what we are supposed to believe. We need to know what is the grounded, confirmed Word of God and then stand on it.  We need to know what needs more input and understanding so we can progress with solid faith.  And we need to know what was pizza and throw it out.

This has to do with spotlighting our level of faith and the foundation in which we can spring/ build upon.  No wavering, no gambling, no doubt.  This has to do with where you are right now, and where you are thinking of going/ doing in a coming season.

When a Word is clear we are accountable to be obedient to it.  When a Word is not clear and/or in riddle or parable form, they usually come:

  • to test our hearts
  • to give us free will to make our choice whether it is right or wrong
  • to keep the truth shaded from the enemy

[Manna in Hebrew means “what is it?”]

Deuteronomy 8:16-18 Who fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your fathers knew not, that he might humble you, and that he might test you, to do you good in the end; 17 And you say in your heart, My power and the might of my hand has gotten me this wealth. 18 But you shall remember the LORD your God: for it is he that gives you power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore unto your fathers, as it is this day.

2)  He is wanting us to make the BEST choice in a world of good choices.  The 2 scriptures I have regarding these choices are the following.  One is a good choice, the other is the best choice.  The best choice is to FOLLOW the PRESENCE of the Lord.  Where is the glory spout, the blessing, the tangible Presence of the Lord most obvious?

1 Cor 10:23 AMP

All things are legitimate [permissible — and we are free to do anything we please], but not all things are helpful (expedient, profitable, and wholesome). All things are legitimate, but not all things are constructive [to character] and edifying [to spiritual life].

Exodus 33:14-15 And he said, My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest. 15 And he said unto him, If your presence go not with me, carry us not up from here.

Thank you for this, Sandy.  So appreciative!  I will be praying over this.

I am in quite a time of what I would call "uncertainty" (in the natural because in the spiritual I know I am always certain in the Lord!)

Speaking of "choices" - My husband's job is coming to an end and he is in the process of interviewing.  Before he was told his job would end, he thought he might be one of the few offered relocation to a different state.  This did not happen. He was told he would be laid off.  We had been praying for God's direction so we felt the Lord still had work for us here.  I do love my job here as well and I feel such a partnership with the Lord serving the children with special needs at my school.  We also have a child still in high school so felt it was good that he could finish at his same school.  Well, now because the three who were offered relocation (to Colorado) turned it down, his former boss called him this week and asked if he would consider moving.  My husband told him that we had already made the decision to stay based one their first decision of not offering him relocation.  His boss was very understanding.  This of course came as a surprise to me because I felt the Lord's message had been clear that He wanted us to stay here.  Rather than stay in a position of confusion, I asked the Lord last night that if we are suppose to move, He will now have to do it since my husband has decided to job hunt here locally.

There has also been uncertainty about my mom who has been having severe memory lapses.  I was able to talk with my dad when I flew home in Sept. but not much has been said about it since.  My aunt recently called and said she thought my mom has been sounding much better lately and perhaps it is not what we originally thought.  However, shortly after that conversation I had a dream that seemed to confirm an earlier dream the Lord gave me that my mom indeed has something going on with her memory.

Anyway - that was a long way of getting to the "sure" part of your word here.  I've been in much prayer to the Lord that I am not sure where He wants me to be going.  But I am sure that I need to stay in His presence and spend as much time in the secret place as possible.  I felt my recent dream told me He is preparing me for a leap of faith of some type. Truthfully, the only thing I know to "do" right now is to look up and stay close to Him.

Mummy Sandy,

indeed strange testings are going on but i am so glad you asked the lord about this and i love his answers. We must be sure of what we believe and stand on it firmly so we arent shaken and moved about and to enable us make the best choice. brings me to the permissive will and perfect will of God.

Lord help me stand on your word and follow your best choice and perfect will for my life in Jesus name. God bless you.

His daughter i think this word shows that God is testing and he will come through for you. I lift you up to the Lord that he will make his will plain and clear for your husband whether to move or stay and we ask for the Lord's healing hand on your mum.

i know as we stay in his presence, he will make all things plain.

God bless you.

love you

I cant imagine your husband turning down that job in an economy like today.  May the open doors for him that are His best in Jesus Name.

Thank you, Sandy.  It is not just a matter of turning down a job.  I probably didn't give enough background.  He has had two promising interviews here locally with very financially stable companies. Having his current company "change their minds" at this stage and during the midst of a massive downsizing, makes him leery about uprooting his family only to possibly get to Colorado and have that job get laid off too.  In the first place, they knew he was open to relocation and the other three did not want to.  Yet they still chose to offer the other three to relocate and not my husband.  At that time we saw that as God's answer to our prayer to whether we were to remain in Iowa or go to Colorado.  Now that the other three individuals have officially declined the positions in CO, they have come back to my husband. left me initially wondering if the enemy was trying to create confusion or we were simply being given another choice.  Praying for God to open the door that is within His will and close the doors that are not.

Thank you for your prayers.

Thank you, thank you! for this powerful WORD.  I am confirmed in my spirit with all that you have spoken.  I see and feel the same leading. You are so faithful to speak the direction of the Lord. We are so blessed by you!

I felt a strong leading in my spirit to respond to your post.  This stood out from Sandy’s post for you:

One thing that’s clear now, is that The Lord gave you much foresight of this time of testing.  You have been quickened to many things TEXAS for quite a while.  Whether this job opportunity is the one for you or not, the Lord wanted you to seriously consider the option.  His goal is to lead all of us to a place of complete surrender down to the depth of our soul (mind, will and emotions).  We will fully yield everything in the natural and allow Him to work out all loose ends or concerns for everyone involved. I feel I need to say that again.  We don't need to worry about anyone in our family or close to us being inconvenienced by God's leading.  He has the best interest of everyone involved in His heart and He will provide for everyone's needs.

I keep hearing in my spirit, ‘eleventh hour’.

Matthew 20:6

And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing around; and he *said to them, ‘Why have you been standing here idle all day long?’

Matthew 20:9

When those hired about the eleventh hour came, each one received a denarius.

I feel the need to say this, just because your husband was not offered the job initially, does not mean it’s not God’s plan that He take it now.  Clearing our minds of offense, confusion, comfort of the known/seen and our own understanding is part of the test.  Let me make this clear, I do not know if your husband should take the job or not, but I do believe that letting go of logical human thought and yielding our minds to God’s will is what he wants us to do.  This time for all of those called to the next level is very important as we learn to think outside the box and live in freedom to follow the spirit’s leading, wherever that might be.  Our spirits are being trained to walk in another level of faith so that when the Lord directs, we will always be ready to ‘go’ or ‘stay’ when He wills it.

Because of what the Lord is speaking to me and the scripture referenced above as confirmation, I think the possibility exists that they may come back and offer him a different or better package to take the job.

I am praying for you as I sense this is a serious testing time for you and your family.  There is a build-up of pressure that the Lord will relieve when you raise your hands and give it to Him. I am also praying for the situation with your dear mother as well.

Blessings to you my sweet Jennifer!

Yes, indeed Amy.  It is not me that is not considering the relocation now, it is my husband.  That is why I've praying to the Lord, if you want us in Colorado you're going to have to make that clear to my husband!  Funny, but I've always been nomadic in nature and have had several moves in my day so I have been more wide open to relocation during all of this than my husband. My prayer is ALWAYS to stay first and foremost in His will.  If He wants us in CO, I want to be in CO.  If He wants us in Iowa, I want to be here.  And if He has a plan for somewhere else, I want that!!!

I'm so grateful for all of you here and your prayers.  Especially for my dear mom.  I will keep you posted about all.

Here is an interesting "happening" that occurred after I wrote to all of you: my daughter's high school softball coach approached me and said that a college coach approached her last night and said she is very impressed with my daughter and plans to call her about playing for their school next year. Here's the interesting layer:  the college is a very good private college, right in our own hometown.  Well, is another one to bring to you!  Never dull is it!!!

Love & blessings,

Sandy and everyone,
This is INDEED a very timely and important message to all right now.  And Jennifer I agree with you, it is NEVER dull, kinda like an adventure we are living through as children of God in a world that is not our home.  I relate to you and your husband. Since my job of more than 22 years ended suddenly last year, I've been through many changes & tests of my faith. I thought it was over now that I finally (I thought) got to a destination that seemed to be the 'one' God had intended all along. BUT, big surprise (and disappointment), because absolutely NOTHING has turned out the way I expected! The first 2 days here in Houston were absolutely wonderfully filled with favor and grace. Then it started to go very much in the opposite direction. AND now I must leave tomorrow afternoon, no baby, no job opening, no plans to relocate, nothing I thought would happen originally .... but still I know God is good.  And this post of Sandy's is a real GREAT BIG BLESSING to me now because it gives a sense of hope. Warnings and Wisdom that are heeded bring hope, its not too late!

I received this yesterday and want to share now ;

Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak tenderly to her.  And there I will give her her vineyards and make the Valley of Achor a door of hope.  And there she shall answer as in the days of her youth, as at the time when she came out of the land of Egypt. (Hosea 2:14-15)

Love & Blessings ❤️❤️❤️

Oh Beloved,

I am so sorry you are returning with no grandbaby having arrived yet. However I am so inspired and moved by your faith that God is still good and He is still very much in control over what happens to you!  He has a beautiful plan for your life, Beloved, even when you can't see what it is yet.  I will surely be praying for you!  I love that scripture!

Blessings on you, dear one.

Dear Sandy, & Beloved family,

This is also relevant to me too!

As some of you know The decision to Home Educate came very "SUDDENLY",

Now we have made that decision, I now need to make the other

best decision as to where to get the Education resources from!

I prayed hard as I needed advise, support, etc, well today God gave

me a connection with a lady who HE with Alpha & Omega & we clicked!

God gave me favor, etc, also she is a American in the UK not too far

from me!

But it's like baby steps & constant prayer, Grace & much more,

It's a massive change for the better, and I am sure that God

is doing a "DEEPER" work in me and threw me to others also!

Love & Blessings & your all in my prayers too! xx

Dear Jennifer & Snowdrops,

I will be praying for wise and Godly decisions to be 'Holy Spirit expedited' for you both, in these matters of change, in Jesus name. And Jennifer I am lifting up your mother also, the Lord be gracious to your mother & father, surround them with His love & strength in this trying time, His peace that passes understanding be with you all. Gods perfect Love be with you all. ❤️

Dear QWC family,

Thank you Sandy and the others for sharing this precious thread. I feel to add a piece. When we come to the crossroad, the Lord is sure to guide us. But we need to heed his guidance otherwise we could miss it easily. Most of the times, His guidance comes to us not in the loud sound or the striking signs, Instead His guidance could come us in gentle whispers. We need to heed it.

This morning(12/5/14) in a vision, I was in a library. Someone spoke loudly there, I came to him and reminded him to lower his voice. He didn't heed me and continued speaking loudly there. Then I came to him the second time to warn him gently to lower his voice, he still didn't heed me.

Pondering on it, I feel we are in a time we need to be sensitive to the voice of the Lord. He is guiding us but we need to heed His guidance.

"Be not like a horse or a mule, without understanding, which must be curbed with bit and bridle, or it will not stay near you." (Psalm 32:9)

"And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left." (Isaiah 30:21)

"He leads the humble in what is right, and teaches the humble his way." (Psalm 25:9)

blessings and love,

Wonderful post and comments.... Glory to God! Love and blessings to you all.

This is what I posted on my wall on Fb, Tuesday, Dec. 2nd, 2014.

Tuesday, Dec. 2nd 2014 (The Lord is telling me that all of us need this today)!

This is what the Lord shared with me this morning while in his presence, feeding on his word..

The Lord showed me that

"Even TODAY with every single choice we make for our lives, knowing it or not, we will be standing in front of the Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil in the spiritual realm and heaven and earth are waiting on us so they bring forth the fruits of the decision that we will choose to make."

In the same place, in the middle of the garden that God prepared for Adam to live in, there was the Tree of Life as well as the Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil. The Good Lord told Adam that he can eat from all the fruits of the garden, ALL THE FRUIT INCLUDING THE FRUIT OF THE TREE OF LIFE, but not the fruit of the Tree of the knowledge of good and evil for when he will eat from it, he will certainly die (Gen:2:17) . What happened is well known to all of us today, Adam chose to take the counsel of Eve, rather than the counsel of God and chose death to himself and his family (represented by Eve at that time). Choose the Counsel of God Not man!.

In the name of Jesus and his heart beat of love to all of us, I invite you today, to choose life, whenever you are standing in front of a decision making situation in your life, go and eat from the fruit of the Tree of Life. Focus your heart, mind and sight on HIM for HE is Your Life! There is fruit in the Tree of Life in heaven and all of these beautiful, desirable fruits are available to all of us now through the Perfect Sacrifice of Jesus, our beloved and our Lord who gave us a New Covenant with his precious blameless blood for forgiveness of sins and a wide open door to the knowledge of the father and HIM the only SON for God's Glory!

Precious ones, There is still a garden in heaven that has both tress in the middle. The Tree of Life (Jesus Christ and His New Covenant) and the Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil. Imagine yourself coming to this specific, radiant garden in heaven and look and see with anointed eyes the beauty of a Tree in the middle of the garden, the Tree of Life, Jesus! and when you are there, Tell him that you Choose HIM, that you are so thankful for the forgiveness of your sin and for the Open Door that will allow you to have access to the father's heart, mind and plans through Jesus, the Tree of Life!

It is LIFE in Knowing HIM intimately and NOT knowledge! It is to Counsel LIFE for your decisions NOT knowledge. It is HIM all in all and HE IS ALWAYS AVALIABLE. The question is Are We ?

Hi Beloved, you said this:

Warnings and Wisdom that are heeded bring hope, its not too late!

I received this yesterday and want to share now ;

I was speaking to another person yesterday on this topic and said it was very late, but not too late.  I also quoted the same identical scripture TWICE.

Hi Maryam,

Thank you for adding your precious word to this banquet, truly a timely word!

I am reminded of a vision I had on 11/30/14, which I didn't have understanding back then, but I had the understanding after reading this thread of posts.

In that vision, I walked along the Long Beach in Southern CA; Someone who worked for a beach restaurant came out of the restaurant and dumped lots of potatoes which they didn't need any more. Then A person came over to the potatoes and wanted to pick them up to eat as the food; I warned him not to do this; he didn't heed my warning and still picked up the wasted potatoes.

Relating this vision to your word, I feel some would make the same mistake as Adam did. Adam had the word of the Lord, but he chose Eve's counsel over the counsel of the Lord. Likewise, some would ignore the wise/Godly counsel at this time and choose what is pleasing to their eyes/flesh.

Since the Lord warned us in advance, we don't need to fall into the same pit as Adam did. Instead by the grace of the Lord, we can choose what is RIGHT in the sight of God and refuse what is permissible but not in the will of God.

There is the other vision I feel led to share it here.

vision (12/5/14): A runner wearing the sports shirts and shorts was running down the hills, he was in the middle of hills. I got to know his entire running was under the monitor.

Pondering on it, I feel we are in a time the Lord is watching over us closely, He is paying attention to every choice we make.

His counsel to us is so clear, which is to choose Him, who is WAY, TRUTH and LIFE.

I pray the Lord will help each of us to choose what is best in the eyes of the Lord.

"You make known to me the path of life;
    in your presence there is fullness of joy;
at your right hand are pleasures forevermore." (Psalm 16:11)

"Who, then, are those who fear the Lord?
He will instruct them in the ways they should choose." (Psalm 25:12)

Wow brother Tao, I like the visions that you shared here a lot and I can definitely see the connection to the thread.

I am really impressed by the vision of the person running and your knowledge of him being monitored. This says it All for me. It is powerful for it is true! He is watching over us, he is seeing every thing in us and hearing every thing we say even those words that we never spoke but though of. How wonderful and safe this focus is to all of us who desires to satisfy His heart. It is sobering for us today to think about how he chose to manifest HIMSELF in and through us! It is divine but possible to us through Jesus in us!

Thanks much my brother. God bless you.

I recently came through a situation where I had to be "SURE" about a ministry I was working with. Now this ministry is being investigated for fraud, and I've had to go through a personal time of testing as I was hurt and betrayed by leaders I served.

Before the truth was revealed, I had a warning dream, though I didn't know it at the time.

I was traveling along a red dirt road (representing the country where the ministry was located) with people I could not see very well. We were in a boat on wheels, kind of like the "cars" in Spongebob Squarepants. We traveled at a steady pace with no obstacles. It felt like riding an antique car on a track at an amusement park.

We came to a flooded area in the road, and I wanted to continue on the same road beyond. At this point I got out of the boat. The other people were gone. The flood at first was just a few inches, but when I looked again it was very deep like a river. I knew the only way to get across was to get in the boat. But the boat, while in perfect condition visually, would not hold my weight and kept trying to sink.

Boats, sails, etc. have been quickened words lately, but I didn't understand the dream until I walked out this investigation. I was helping a ministry that appeared fine on the surface, but in fact had crumbling foundations of lies and half-truths. So I couldn't continue with these people, nor help the ministry in any way. The boat (ministry) was faulty, or in another sense, the story I was told "didn't hold water."

God has used this circumstance to teach me:

  • to WAIT on Him before proceeding
  • to not rely on the arm of flesh but act according to the Spirit
  • to heal me of vulnerable places in my life where the enemy has been allowed an entry point
  • to truly "know those who labor among you."
  • to release forgiveness over those who hurt and betrayed so I can move on to the other side (past the flooding of lies)

Hi Creative Currents,

It is amazing to me that you replied to this, as this week I searched for your facebook page, wondering what you had been up to.  Thank you for the update!  The good news about your testing in this issue is that you graduated and learned all that you needed to learn and can put it all behind you.

I like what you shared about waiting on Him.  I faced a couple crossroads this season and finally made 2 decisions.  One was NO, that is not the best or wisest option.  And the other decision was that I choose to wait on the Lord because the guidance is not clear.  I am reminded of what Corrie Ten Boon's dad said, you don't buy the ticket until it is time to board the train.  There are some decisions that we just cant make until circumstances line up and the train arrives.

Thanks, Sandy. I am well.

I love the scripture you shared earlier, Hosea 2:14-15. I received the same scripture last night as God was bringing me out of a time of trouble and disappointment. I may share the vision I received with it in a separate thread.

I know God is continuing to mature each one of us to wait on His perfect timing. I learned through this, though, that He also allows the "tares to grow with the wheat" while He is in the process of Growing us UP! There was a true calling birthed in my life even as I served a charity built on falsehood. That work will continue, and I thank God for bringing me out of complacency to work with "the least of these."

Thanks for checking in, Sandy.  I so appreciate it.  And what timing!  I believe the Holy Spirit was whispering in your ear!  My husband had a second interview yesterday with a very solid company (I'll call it Co #1).  He also had an interview a couple of weeks ago with another solid company (Co. #2).

I would love your prayers.  Here are the options at this point:  Co #1 is a contract position.  It would be anywhere between 2-5 years long.  However, this company is well known for hiring its full-time staff from it's contract employees (a friend termed it, "they like to try before they buy.")  The only downside we see to this opportunity is it does not include benefits.  However we are able to enroll in health insurance through the agency that coordinates the contracts with this company.  It would be at our own cost but would hopefully be off-set by the hourly contract amount.  My husband was told yesterday they will make a decision on the position this week.

Co. #2 is a regular full-time position with benefits.  He has not heard back yet after his first interview.

Note:  We have a son who is on a very expensive medication.  Our prayer is that either set of benefits will provide the coverage we need for the medication. He is expected to need it for 18 more months to 2 years.  I have also prayed to the Lord and completely acknowledged that the Lord can heal my son at any time which would make the medicine coverage unnecessary.  Your will be done, Lord!

My husband mentioned to me that if he is offered the position by Co #1 this week, he will have to make a decision whether to take it without having an answer back from Co #2.  My prayer is that if the Lord's best plan is Co. #1  and that if an offer comes through this week, it will be clear to my husband.  So clear he has no doubt.  If the Lord wants him at Co #2, I pray that company will contact him this week.

My husband doesn't operate in the prophetic.  He knows that the Lord speaks to me in dreams.  Sometimes he seems skeptical but more and more he seems more open to it.  I would love if the Lord would send me a dream about the companies so that I may help my husband in his decision hear the leading of the Lord.  I chuckle though - knowing full well the Lord doesn't need my help and He can make it ABSOLUTELY clear to my husband directly too.

If any of you hear anything from the Lord, I would love to hear.  I believe He talks wonderfully through each of us.  Both companies are very distinctive so if you get a specific word, He will make the connection with me.  I'm confident of that!

So, so, so, thankful for all of your prayers.  So thankful for my QWN family!

Blessings in Him,

I thought I would share a recent update.  God has closed the door on Co. #1.  After three interviews, my husband received a phone call yesterday that while I think disappointing for him, revealed to me God's hand in this.  There were two managers involved in this hiring process and one really seemed interested in my husband.  The phone call yesterday from the recruiter revealed that the two had not been "on the same page" and since my husband hasn't done one of the aspects of the job in several years, the one manager wants to look elsewhere.

I have prayed that our Sovereign Lord would open the doors he wants my husband to walk through, and shut the ones He does not.  He shut this one for His purposes and I trust His hand...always.

Please pray for encouragement for my husband.  He is naturally disappointed as he was hoping for a job offer before the end of the year.  I keep reassuring him that God's timing is perfect.

Blessings to you all.
